Here's what happens now.
After ordering your prescription
- It can take 2-3 business days before your medication is delivered. This depends on how quickly your GP can provide us with the prescription.
- If you have run out of any medication, call us and we'll see how we can help
- Once your medicines have been dispensed, our driver will deliver your prescriptions to your registered address.
After Registration
- We will call the GP surgery to ask them to send us your prescriptions in future
- We may call you to confirm any additional details and explain how things work
